My girlfriend just had major back surgery for a problem that she has had for the past 10 years. She is diagnosed with fibro mialgia, spinal stenosis, lumbar spondotheleosis, add, bi polar, depression and some other ailments to many to list. She has not been able to work for the last 12 months and she is a single mother with full custody of a 10 year old daughter. The father of the child pays 69.00 dollars a week in child support and she is struggling very badly. I lost my job over a month ago and have run through all my savings just trying to keep everyone fed and a roof over our heads. We are now about to be homeless and I have no way to pay any the bills. If anyone knows of any help in the state of Wisconsin or anywhere we surely need it. She is a good woman who has fought for the last 10 years to provide for her child with very minimal help from the father, she has filed for social security disability and she is in the appeals process, that could take up to another year. With the surgery the recovery time is 1 year with physical therapy and the state of wisconsin is shutting doors on her I am actively looking for work and take any job that comes across my way please if anyone can help or knows any information let me know thank you very much. And I have all her medical records and can verify any information given here if anyone thinks i am trying to scam them.
